Catholic Mutual has developed a program to assist in the risk management of Church volunteers. The program includes:
- "Volunteers and the Church" brochure and poster
- Volunteer coordinator manual
- Volunteer coordinator "Quick Guide"
These materials are available on our website and can be customized for each Member.
Enquiron
Catholic Mutual has contracted with Enquiron to provide risk management consulting on human resource issues. All Members are automatically provided this service which is subsidized by Catholic Mutual. Calls or emails are handled by actual employment attorneys. Attorney-client privilege is provided and answers are jurisdiction specific. Enquiron also offers free quarterly webinars on human resource issues and free online training for employees regarding unlawful harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
