The HR Generalist will coordinate group life/medical/dental benefits plans, flex plans, FMLA, self-pay and continuing education. Responds to inquiries regarding company benefits. Compiles and processes medical leave and benefits termination paperwork. Coordinates human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, time and attendance, and benefits administration.

The Human Resources Generalist position requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent experience.  Two to three years of Human Resources Generalist experience is required to include customer service-oriented experience.  Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.  Must take the initiative to research, resolve and respond to issues in a timely manner.  Requires ability to make decisions using sound judgment.  Attention to detail is essential.  Must be proficient in the operation of Ceridian as an HRIS System, and Microsoft Office Suite products or possess comparable software experience.
