The Help Desk Representative / Administrative Assistant is responsible for receiving, logging, and tracking all hardware/software problem requests received by the IT Department.  Responsible for providing administrative support for the IT Department to include maintaining inventory, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining service agreements and maintenance contracts.

This position requires a high school education or the equivalent and a minimum of two years of related experience preferably in a Help Desk office environment. The individual must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with various IT technical support persons regarding analyzing and solving issues.  Must have general office administration skills including prior experience with Microsoft Office Applications, and the ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
