Member Services

At Catholic Mutual, we understand how important it is to be there when you need us. As a member, you will have a dedicated member services representative assigned to your account. Your representative and assistant can be reached by phone, mail, fax, or e-mail for day-to-day services including:

  • Certificates of Coverage – For Arch/Dioceses without local service offices, contracts/agreements are reviewed. In some cases, we work with the third party to amend inequitable wording. Certificates are issued directly to the third party with copies to the parish and chancery.
  • Endorsements – The Member Services representative works directly with appropriate archdiocesan personnel to amend, delete, and add coverage as needed. Revised endorsements, ledger pages, billing invoices or credits are issued accordingly.
  • Coverage Questions and Issues – For Arch/Dioceses without local service offices, the Member Services representative works directly with designated personnel to answer all coverage questions and issues.
  • Annual Renewals – Annual renewal cost proposals are prepared at least 45 days prior to renewal date. Our standard procedure is to present our renewal costs and changes to the program during a face-to-face meeting.
