Stay Storm Safe

Message from the President:

We are committed to providing a stable environment for all of our members and our approach to the catastrophic events caused by named storms Harvey and Irma have been comprehensive in nature.

Our CAT teams who deployed for Galveston-Houston, Victoria and Beaumont have completed their inspections and returned to their home offices to continue to handle claims. Jeff Kisel, our Claims Risk Manager in Corpus Christi, continues to handle those claims with the support of the Home Office General Adjuster.

As Hurricane Irma did not create the devastation expected in Florida, there were no CAT Team deployments necessary. All Irma related claims are being handled by the Property Teams in Omaha.

Unfortunately, with the Diocese of St. Thomas being without service, our initial attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. We have since then reached out and will be deploying claims professionals to the diocese on October 10th to complete inspections at 17 different properties.

Catholic Mutual Group will continue to be proactive during the recovery of these events by providing our members with resources and empowering them with a sense of security. We offer our prayers and strength for all those who continue to recover from these events.

All claims can be directed to (800)228-6108 or reportaclaim@catholicmutual.org.
