We have an excellent opportunity available for a Risk Management Assistant. This position provides exceptional customer service for our members in a high volume and fast paced environment. Duties include providing assistance via telephone and email, and as well as data entry and clerical duties associated with the CMG Connect Learning Management platform.
Requirements for this position include a High School Diploma or equivalency and two years of customer service, call center or clerical experience preferred. Ability to be successful in a fast paced work environment with high volume telephone calls, email and data entry. Must possess problem solving, organization and typing skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
