Member Services Support Specialist

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Member Services Support Specialist. The person in this position will be responsible for issuing certificates of coverage, typing request forms and departmental documentation, and reviewing the accuracy of endorsements and certificate requests. This person will also handle phone calls and assist members.
This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, typing skills, and public relation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required and experience with PowerPoint is preferred. Requirements of this position include a high school degree and two years previous experience in a customer service or office clerical position. Customer service experience in an insurance agency environment is a plus.
