Executive Administrative Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity available for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The person in this position provides high level, confidential administrative support to the President & Chief Executive Officer and to the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. They are responsible for handling information requests, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, and assembling highly confidential and sensitive information. Duties also include performing clerical functions such as correspondence, filing, typing, receiving visitors, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, providing information to callers, scheduling meetings for executives, as well as other administrative tasks.
The successful Executive Administrative Assistant will be self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks. Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload and recommend changes in office practices or procedures as needed. This position requires great attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving skills and typing skills. Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Requirements of this position include a high school degree (however, an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred) and a minimum of five years prior in an advanced administrative position.
