Customer Service Representative/Support Specialist

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative/Support Specialist. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining excellence in all aspects of service. Responsibilities include working closely with Account Managers and our members, issuing certificates of coverage, processing property and vehicle changes, maintaining electronic files and assisting with the creation of presentations and proposals, as well as routine office duties.
This position requires strong listening, oral and written communication skills. The ability to multi-task is essential, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office is required as well as a high comfort level with using various types of computer technology. Requirements of this position include a high school degree and two years previous experience in a customer service or office clerical position. Customer service experience in an insurance agency environment is preferred.
