CMG has an opportunity for an experienced Building Engineer to be responsible for the operation, maintenance and security of the Home Office building and grounds, including the responsibility for the timely opening and closing of the building on business days. Maintains all facility equipment by monitoring the working condition, making minor heating/air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, office furniture and building repairs.  Maintains building security systems by monitoring fire and boiler alarms. Cooperates with and monitors janitorial service to ensure a professional building.  Assists outside services with maintaining grounds.

The individual in this position must have a high school diploma and one to three years of similar, relevant experience. Must have at least a Type II Refrigerant Certificate and a current third grade Engineers License. Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
