Job Title   Service Office Secretary
Department   Hartford Service Office
Location   Bloomfield, CT
Status   Full-Time
Hours per Week   35
Position Description   Will prepare reports and correspondence from rough draft and/or audio tapes. Will provide clerical support to Claims/Risk Managers by processing incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying and scanning documents, and maintaining an accurate filing and diary system for all safety inspections. Issues endorsements and certificates of insurance. Answers incoming calls and relays all changes and other information to the appropriate party.
Required Qualifications  
Must have at least 3 years experience in a clerical setting and at least one year of transcription experience. Requires strong PC skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good typing, filing and phone skills are necessary. Insurance experience would be helpful.
Travel   No travel required
